The parcel shall be sent the same day, or the next day after receiving the payment. The Customer shall be notified of sending the parcel via e-mail.

The time of delivery:

  • The expected service completion date in the area of Poland is the next working day following the day of sending the parcel.
  • In the European Union area the parcel shall be delivered up to 6 working days.
